I would also love to know more about the introduction of woodchip into a cavity following fire damage, what does this do for the tree, what type of woodchip to use, what problems may arise etc.
Could the AA please invite James Chambers and his 2 colleagues / friends who he shares research data with to provide a more detailed look at Tomography from the perspective of the Tree Officer reading submitted information? (Member request).
I have seen this significantly important presentation again, because there so many important thoughts. I am corious (because I have got this question a lot) in relation with the owners perspective, what if the profesional say that No there is no risk, or low risk, there is no risk of falling, etc., and the owner come over with Okey, but what if there is...I want to cut the tree because I don t want to take any risk! What if the tree will fall down?
Hi! Thanks a lot for the webinar. Obviously there's a lot to ask about tomography by me but I'm really curious about what James Chambers mentioned of filling the holes with chipped wood. Is there any paper, article, info to extend my knowledge on the topic? Thanks in advance and congratulations, it's a great webinar
See Russell Miller's remarks at 20:00-20:30. This is a CRUCIAL preamble to his further remarks. It's already into priceless wisdom at only twenty minutes in . . .
Just quickly, can anyone shed more light on filling up cavity in trees with woodchip. As mentioned in the video at: 1.36.00. Or is this only for fire damage?
Both speakers were excellent. Thank you so much!
Very informative. Thank you
Was a very good webinar. Lots to take home and talk about

I so wish I'd seen this live to see all the live comments to see what others thought of it during this deep topic.
Such a brilliant speaker constantly interrupted by advertisements (every 5mins!) !
