That is the correct behaviour since credit card cannot be used to pay to friends and family. You can only pay merchants through it. 2- P2PM is a specific category and does not constitute all small vendors. Its only valid for vendors who have a MCC of 7407. 3- Direct payments to merchants by entering their vpa is not allowed through normal upi payment as well. If I directly enter the vpa of my electricity merchant and pay him, how will he maintain record of the payment and the payer? Please do proper research before posting video related to UPI or finance.
