This was used on TPIR, mostly just during the '70s, It is known as "Cue 70" on J-Shea's site. "Prize Cue 9" was also heard on Price, well into the '80s and '90s.
Behind these numbers is a puzzle. Can you solve it? “The Letters “T” and “H” + an ear + “Z” plus “N” plus a hole of water + a picture of a bow tie + “M” plus a person who tells a lie + “K” plus The Word “The” + a person who gave a present - Th, ear, z, no, tiem, liek, the, present - “There’s no time like the present”.
As I mentioned in another post, the opening sound is heard on a TPIR music cue but this is not the exact one they used on the show, only a variation of it. Well I guess in 1981 they started reusing this from what I heard. Another edit: This is heard in some 1973-74 TPIR episodes.

Hi @operator35 I was wondering if you have Edd Kalehoff Tattletales 1975 music package in its entirety? I saw you posted one theme from TT here, but, I was wondering if and when you get the rest of the music theme and cue package from that version, can you post it on your channel? It was another great music package I enjoyed! Thanks much! :) - Chris
My personal favorite. Jack those are the four head starts.
"Behind #[x], Salad Dressing! Seven Seas, delicious salad dressings your whole family will love. Who makes the salad special? You and Seven Seas."
The one I was looking for. And Jack, those are the four head starts!
This is my personal favorite cue from Concentration.
Was playing this recently and my wife commented on how lovely she thought it sounded.
Yeah, TPIR should have recycled these cues after Concentration went off the air.

This is almost similar to Prize Cue 9, and Prize Cue 9 has the Moog Synthesizer.

Sure was
This is the only prize cue that does not have the Moog synthesizer.
This cue was also used on Fremantle's "Price Is Right". I recognise it well.
It was all done by Edd Kaleoff who did the music from The Price Is Right and a few other Goodson-Todman shows.

A variation of it but not this exact sound until 1981.
Did the Price is Right used this prize music cue from the 1973 1978 version of Concentration at any chances for a bref time until the early 1980s
Sometimes it did, and sometimes it didn’t. But this music cue was sometimes used on "TPIR" until the early '80s.
But this was used on "Grocery Game" as a The Price Is Right prize cue.
Is the puzzle "There's no time like the present"?
Yes.
