The Cryothesia Exotic is a Sidearm that is probably a little underrated through the Destiny community. However, it turns out that there a secret group of people who use this weapon like a cult and, after using it, it's easy to see why. Enjoy!

Bakris/glaive used to launch you, if you remember. Also, a reloader mod is the most important mod to use for Cryosthesia since the thing that makes it exotic hinges on the reload. The gun is definitely the most fun on Behemoth though.

I love Traveler's Chosen, it's the best 300 rpm sidearm in D2.
I thought u can still use the regular bullets once u freeze someone or does it need a reload?
Jake I have to ask how do you switch talk to chat but have you mic muted for discord or what ever you use to talk to your team mates but play on controller?

I actually use Cryo on my Behemoth build, and it's surprisingly effective.
Now, if only I was actually good in Crucible, lol.
Behemoth is the most fun with cryo, for sure

Not gonna lie ive been using bows recently. Have a bow build(s) for each character. Working on the nooks and crannies for titan but it is a lot of fun. At least for me it’s fun to fly in fast as hell and hip fire my bow
18:46 I'm surprised you don't have a different bind for charged vs uncharged melee. I play on controller too and I use a two-button long press for charged and single button for uncharged. Works great.

You should try bakris with conditional finality and a smg of your choice I like using shayura’s wrath but another good choice is ikelos or nation of beast

Good lord every time he froze a guy and tried to kill them with the side arm just makes me shudder in a bad way. I practically MAIN stasis and rule 1 for when you see a frozen target: FIST THEM. Frozen Targets take additional damage from melee when frozen. Pretty much like punching a snowman. Glad you gave Cryothesia some justice but yeesh. XD
I have 12,000 ish kills with Cryo and almost as many with weighted knife because of it. It’s the most fun I’ve had in destiny in years. So infuriating to play against, but so much fun to wield.

I love the Cryostesia, not PvP but I mess around with it in PvE
it’s actually so underrated for this season, it can stun any champion since it can shatter and slow, plus the anti barrier sidearms

11:41 you somehow took a random chunk of damage, a lot like a sniper body shot and then were finished off by the threadlings. The time right before was random asf. Possibly double damage due to multiple surfaces colliding with the threadling explosion damage?
Looks like he got hit by a richochet round off the wall on the right then got hit by the threadlings. The time before however, he was full health and just died to threadlings, so probably double damage or something.
Honestly i would just stick with duskfields. The coldsnaps make the gameplay loop more confusing.
As a bow user I hate monarch and wish ender especially since most of the time wish ender seems to deal the damage a bit delayed

It's the same archetype as Drang so it does feel the best, just sidearms on mouse and keyboard can feel wonky as hell

also let me explain backris for sidearms, the point is to close gaps with it or more importantly doge a shotgun attack
@@jackculver412 it's balanced because it allows you to get the initial sidearm kill easier OR boost to the frozen person to punch easier, not both. It's solid, but it's pick and choose when the best exotics are just constant uptime.

The optimal way to play bows is to clean up with a hc. It would be more interesting if we could see weapons by damage done and if they could separate the damage from constructs.
