Let me just list some things
The red skull astro didn't bypass time stop, titan clockman just sped himself up. He didn't use time stop
Titan drillman's true form transformation is not his rage mode
Titan tvman was upclose to the pov and since he's a titan, the Shockwave of his flight would obviously cause some interference
Jimmy's purple energy spheres have to be absorbed by the target for it to work. I don't think he controls it but it just makes the part of the target that absorbed it attack itself
here is what I would do to make the strongest character
Race: I would pick the speaker race cause they are quite fast and given the right power they can be strong
Size: is would pick Large cause titan would go slower then the agents and also this character would be a titan level threat so titan size would not be needed
strength: the top 4 choices are tri titan,clock titan,drill titan and sonar titan but I would pick none of them and pick male 01 cause he bullied drill titan
speed: clock and tri titan are my top 2 choices and I would pick tri titan
weapon: I can pick all of them because I am gonna pick counter titans energy balls
iq: scientist toilet
battle iq: easily drill assassin
ability: clock titan's time stop

as we can see. necromancer toilet literally made a giant beast from his necromancy powers, he turned himself into virlance lvl and made emperor bow to him, and basically have infinite troops. we can also merge ourselves into a small being or large being, due to us have clockman abilities and pc default abilities, we can make the toilets we necromanced into bones, use the pc powers to merge ourselves together and use our core to finish off everything if we want to be larger than our max size. ntm with our necromancy and pc, we can make the most op weapons we can give to our troops.
