Well I took my bench grinder apart like you said so and used three in one oil but I just found out you're supposed to pack those bearings with grease so now I have to take it back apart again and pack the bearings with grease I had a feeling before I was doing that but those bearings need to be packed with grease so you did yours wrong those bearings have to have Grease because the oil is just going to fly out of there the grease won't move so you have to redo your bench grinder
I have the exact same bench grinder but the sticker that you have on there was so bad I had to take it off cuz you barely can read it what brand is that bench grinder if you could tell me the manufacturer name that logo at the top of that sticker your sticker is in Hell a lot better than mine mine was like slashed I mean it was so bad it came off in pieces and you don't by chance have a slower version of you wiring that bench grinder do you I really didn't get to see how you wired it too quick LOL that's ok if you don't on the capacitator I have two yellow wires coming out one of the yellow wire is connected to the green wire that goes to the motor the other yellow wire disconnected together with a red wire that goes to the switch then the black wire from the cord connected to a skinny yellow wire that goes back to the motor then the white wire from the cord is by itself with a wire connector on it it goes to the switch so yellow from the capacitor connected to the red wire with a wire connector is connected to the center terminal of the switch spend the white wire by itself with a wire connector on it goes to the left side terminal of the switch that's the way it was wired it does work that way but is that right if you could help me out with that I would really appreciate that and the bench graders pretty Rusty and I saw you took the sides off and oiled the bearings inside I probably should do that to mine too cuz how Rusty it is but there ain't no saving that sticker it's gone LOL and I have to do the same thing for mine the sandpaper on the shafts that hold the grinder Wheels or rusted so I have to do the same thing send them off clean like you did and thank you for showing me how to do that I really wasn't wanted to take it all apart but what I saw what you did I think I should so if you can help me out with those two things tell me if the water is right and the logo that's at the top of your sticker on your bench grinder so I know what kind this is and I hope you can make heads or tails of what I said LOL oh one more thing too I'm replacing the old switch with a new rocker switch has numbers on it 1 2 3 so I just basically hooked up that switch just like it was on the old switch hopefully the wiring is right it works everything turns and works fine but I just want to know if the wiring is right sorry for the long message just need a little help before I pull my hair out LOL I thought I could just replace the switch and paint it and that was it but watching what you did I have to do the same thing I know I do awesome video by the way didn't even know about taking it all the way apart thank you for that so hopefully you can make heads or tails of what I'm saying and get back to me and help me out that would really really appreciate that thanks again I'm going to subscribe to your video give you a thumbs up and hope you keep making more videos
