Don't throw yo cut off part away. U can tape 2 pieces together & slide it inside those large coloring books win u don't wanna make a backer. It helps hold them up.

Hi. That's my go to now. That is what I started doing about 2yrs ago when I wanted to make spring baskets & ran out. So last minute I thought of utilizing all the pretty user wrapping paper in my house an all the overflow of boxes from massive online ordering. Fun, frugal, easy and quick idea ☑️☑️🎉🎉

You recommend that he put it in a black bag. Perhaps you can provide a black trash bag. Possibly purchase different sizes from the Dollar tree . I'm going to have me some available. I only use Scotch tape because the cheap tape gets stuck back in the room and then it splits!! 😢. I hate that cheap tape. I wind up wasting to much!! Get the better tape and have no ways or aggravation dealing with that picking and splitting!!
