Hair extensions are a temporary fix, but Gretchen you may need to get a cut, and start over. A bob would be SUPER cute on you. Also, check your intake (food, stress levels, and BC) that could be affecting your hair as well. Hope this helps from a former cosmetology student!

depends on the method, brazilian method isn’t that harmful I get done it since 6 years
Listened to the pod and have been meaning to tell you that I 100% think you're going to LOVE the extensions. I have the keratin fusion extensions and I got them for the first time about 6 months before my wedding. I am so obsessed and they're so natural looking and have made a huge difference for my confidence. The day to day maintenance is only really cumbersome when it comes to washing and drying them so you don't ruin the bonds. But overall they last a long time and I LOVE them!
