the crazy raiden build is ranked 13th on akasha's r1 engulfing hyper simply because he has 68 cr while the entire leaderboard above him has between 80-90 mostly, and average damage just goes brr. his hat has good cv but nothing else, and if he used even a 20 cv crit rate hat instead he would most likely jump at least several slots since he'd go from 68 to like 83 cr while still having 170 cd

Well akasha always considers cr as main priority while ranking builds. Its trash if u want to compare the ranking.

@anonymousgreen5080 not really, average damage is arguably the best way of measuring a ranking of a build because it means the highest means damage dealt. Although I personally do think cr on most dps is useless after high 70s to 80s and would rather have other subs, the damage formula itself is used on akasha and critting more, even for some lower damage, is mathematically capable of reaching a higher floor, bar the lower ceiling it would have. This is why I don't really go past 75 cr on my raiden, since I would start critting for low numbers which I don't like
@xxdommyboi69xx well i compared my stats on my yelan. It was ranked 43 when i used cr circlet with 81cr. Other one had 65cr but it had cd circlet. Hp er stats were around the same. The cd build was ranked in 293 or smtg. So i understood they akasha mainly takes cr priority

To anyone reading this comment dont do what I do and go have fun farming other things and have a lot of decently built characters. I wont even let myself step out of the emblem domain.
Even with the build my raiden has she is still in the rank 300s on akasha, mainly because her stats are not optimized and she has a lot of dead stats on her artifacts but the one thing I will take the time to say is my raiden has a higher CV than even the rank 1 raiden.
Kirara's phase 4 passive buffs her E by .4% and burst by .3% for every 1,000 hp she has, which makes her super strong and tanky with the shield and her burst has busted scaling
yeah but it scales on attack and the amount you get my passive isn't enough
I hate watching these types of videos cuz I can spend thousands of resin on artifacts and If I’m lucky I’ll walk away with like two 20-25 crit pieces. Mihoyo most definitely cursing my artifacts cuz there is no way I’m just that unlucky😭😭😭

Take it from me (the first Raiden you see in this video) 80% of my resin has gone into this domain since her release and now every single day that is where all my resin goes and I will continue to farm it until my Raiden reaches a 2.0 build (so never, i'll still be farming until the servers shut down)
I know you are going to bring up resin refreshing but it does not mean much. I refresh sometimes too. Even mr pp himself refreshes and he farmed emblem for like a year straight and every time he maxed refreshed. RNG is RNG.

the first Hu Tao if she had staff of homa would have a way better crit ratio than mine. Although her em would be lower, but if you pair with Albedo assuming if that person got him she can make use of the extra em his burst gives to everyone. If you see this and you planning to pull staff of homa on her rerun, good luck
I'm 4 months deep farming the Archaic Petra domain for my Ningguang and I still haven't seen an ATK% Sands that would roll 4 out of 5 times into a good stat. Still sitting at 3/5 rolls after nearly half a year. I don't know how these guys do it.
Very kind of Mr PP to post the video so long after the stream. This way, even though I watched the stream live, I have completely forgotten all of these builds and can now relive my pain when I see artifacts that mine cant even compare too. 👍
I farmed Desert Pavilion for 4 months STRAIGHT and barely got my currently build for Scara so I hurt seeing those cracked pieces

All those hu tao builds with homa look amazing, but then again, they are starting with a 5/154.6 ratio, so it‘s pretty much stacking crit rate to look perfect. Well, it’s a lot harder to build other characters, but to turn them into dps units, the investment is just insane and isn‘t really recommended, but still doing that for my lisa

One of my best friends has a Raiden with 5 more CV than that, C6 R5. He has one less ER roll tho, anything else is identical. That artifact quality overall is absolutely nuts tho but he also uses Att% goblet.

I farmed that domain from it's release until gilded deepwood domain released, and still got mediocre Raiden. I gave up on emblem and just waiting patiently for scam box.
Why is there a need to change to electro goblet in Raiden?? I got 2500 Atk on my Raiden and swapping it to electro goblet actually reduce my damage so why is there a need??

I need some help here, I just started my account (as of 23th July 2023 it's a week old) and I was thinking of pulling for raiden shogun when she reruns. What team combos do you think I should do with her?
(Also, I was thinking of adding wanderer and/or yae miko in the team. I'm pretty clueless about genshin stuff as of now, so do you think that's a good idea? And what are your suggestions for an ideal team? Your help would be much appreciated, tysm!)
All I can say is to avoid 2 DPS teams. Both Raiden Shogun and Wanderer are main DPS. If you don’t have Bennett, I would actually consider Aggravate Raiden with Dendro MC, then complete with an Anemo unit and a healer.
Keep in mind that you will have a hard time using Raiden Shogun at any AR below 50, because her ascension stat is Energy Recharge and she easily needs over 220% for smooth rotations.
For low AR I would suggest using Raiden as hyperbloom instead, because it's somewhat easier to build. Raiden with dendro traveler plus Barbara will make decent hyperbloom team. If you can get Xinqiu, it will be even better.
The perm ban thing on that f2p Xiao just seems a bit extra and toxic, completely unnecessary, even timing out is a bit much but perm ban? Completely uncalled for

My wanderer is on set 77% crit rate and 212 crit damage with an onset goblet with over 20% crit damage
I think i'm done farming with my raiden with 4eosf, 66.8cr / 182.1cd, 275.1er, with off piece electro goblet(42.7cv) with other substat atk% and em.

Is and atk goblet a good choice for raiden with catch? Because without engulfing lightning, im not getting any atk boost but i am getting electro damage bonus with energy recharge so i dont really need electro damage bonus on goblet
if you are using the catch, attack% goblet is better, As for engulfing, electro dmg goblet is better
Yes. Atk% is usually better on any weapon that’s not Engulfing. For me, this is even more true because I’m a Jade Spear gamer (it has a high Base Atk). For Catch, it’s more even due to its very low base Atk.

@@migu8328oma is right in between Catch and Jade Spear with its base Atk of 608 at level 90, so yes, Atk% is more valuable.
For all 3 weapons, substats quality is still the most important thing to make a decision, but if you’re not sure, the Genshin Optimizer is there for you.

more CR/CD doesn't really matter your build is already near 1:2 so adding to either is fine

Yes ! This is assuming you have at minimum 250 er without engulfing lighting.
With engulfing lighting 220 er considering with it's passive you get 30 more er when you activate you're burst.
Of course at the highest end go no more than 270 er with engulfing lighting and assuming you do not have engulfing lighting 300 er.
My EULA got 65 cr with 195 cd my weapon is snow toumb.. atk 1805

Guys, how does he say “this is a 1.9” build ecc, what count is he doing?
1 + CR% * CD%, only accounting for artifact rolls and ignoring weapon's or character's innate crit stats.
For example, if your artifacts give +50% CRIT Rate and +100% CRIT DMG, you get:
1 + 0.5 * 1 = 1.5

That’s still a Crit multiplier of 1.72 from artifacts, assuming Engulfing Lightning. It’s a flex.

Because my Raiden has engulfing lightning which adds another 30% er when I use my burst.
But her attack is 2263 before she goes into burst mode and engulfing lightning gives an attack buff when she uses her burst.

Tbf that's pretty bad 294% er, unless you're on engulfing lightning and even then you don't need that much, you're just wasting stats you're better invested in crit and attack stats

@Raiden-the-Goat32 it's a general rule that with engulfing lightning anything above 270 wr is just wasted states and it doesn't really help 4 emblem either since the buff it gives caps out at around 260ish er, your stats are actually much more balanced that the op snf ade very good for raiden, op, has severely low crit stats so the they will not be getting the maximum amount of value from their build even with higher er.
Also you should try to have around 1600 atk on Raiden to fully maximize her stats as well.
