We do a lot of work in both areas. Fairfield is currently hotter than Hamilton, but Hamilton is growing and changing by the day. I think it depends what kind of vibe you want. Fairfield is very suburban, but Hamilton has the new downtown, historic quaint downtown, uptown and many more interesting areas. We will need to do more videos on Hamilton in the future.
October 2022 Update: Gas prices have been ranging between 3.69-3.99 since things started to settle down.

You can buy decent homes here in Cincinnati for less than 300,000.
