It's nice to slow down. As I've gotten older I've found out I get overwhelmed more easily & life just seems like it gets more & more stressful in the world anymore. I agree. I've made a conscious effort to slow down. Life is too short & we need to focus more on what really matters. Thank you for reading us the book! So special.
