It's a Ukrainian city and the fact that in the past you used to occupy it doesn't make it yours. Poland was once occupied by Germans and Soviets. Does it mean that Poland is German or Russian? Obviously, not. Logic is symmetrical, if Lviv is Polish then Poland is German and Russian, respectively.
