I've done everything you've mentioned (except the videos), but when I try to add to my list of services, they don't stick. I go back in the next day and they're gone. Google even adds services that aren't relevant. I've been trying this now for weeks and putting so much time into it. Why do you think this is happening?

I cant see why not if its useful, ive done this many times- why was it rejected? Was it an original image used on youtr thumbnail?
