I had night terror or unrest full sleep and insomnia 10 years ago and I accidentally fell asleep listening to scripture one night and had the best rest that night and I woke up with the scripture still playing and I have always made it a priority as a bed time prayer routine and recently I have missed a few nights and I had a very vivid nightmare

This is a very timely lesson. I have had nothing but physical problems since the beginning of this year. My physical health issues, all but one, have left me weak and weary. I have been sleep deprived and weary. My motivation has been challenged, even for simple tasks. I have suspected that I’ve been under spiritual oppression as this lesson points out. What a timely warning, encouragement, and challenge for me go on the offensive. Thanks for the encouragement.
