I just recently came across your video after searching for Goose Creek wax melt reviews and instantly searched for the Yankee Candle Scenterpiece. Unfortunately I didn't care for any of the designs, so I searched UA-cam, just to get some feedback on the Scenterpiece and I saw a discontinued model that looked like wood, so I searched and searched ebay and finally found 2 versions and bought them. I'm currently melting my first Easy MeltCup as I wait for my Goose Creek order to get here. Thanks for the wonderful idea, even thought it cost me more than it should to make my house smell good. 😂
haha! but it's worth it. 🤣 I'm so glad this video was helpful and as you can tell I'm a big fan of the Yankee Scenterpiece. As a matter of fact, I am using two of them right now, and I reuse those cups for all sorts of wax. I hope this will all work out well for you! Thanks a lot for watching, and I wish you and your family a beautiful holiday season and a peaceful new year. 🌲❤️
I've never seen a Yankee Candle center piece warmer before, I've heard about it but I've never seen it. Thanks for sharing your hack Amy, I learn something new everyday. 💕
I love the zen rock warmer. It looks so beautiful there on your table. It was out of the catalogue by the time I discovered Scentsy but I've just found and ordered one on eBay - delighted.
Hi Rachel! You know, I think that has been an often-overlooked warmer - a humble little fellow, no glitz about him, but he throws well and he just makes me happy. I'm glad you found one on eBay! Thanks a lot for watching! ❤️😘
@@amysscentsandsongs It just makes you happy😊. Isn't that what's it's all about, at the end of the day? Happy people spread happiness. Thanks for your lovely reviews and songs, Amy.
I have both a Yankee Scenterpiece warmer and Goosecreek melts. I didn't think it would work in the Easy Melt cups as GC wax generally needs a higher wattage to melt completely. I'm glad to hear it does and I definitely will try it. Have you tried it with Scentsy melts?
Hi Susan! Yes it melts the Goose Creek completely, and does beautifully with Scentsy. The only wax it doesn't do well with is the hardest paraffin, such as Candles From The Keeping Room. Thanks so much for watching, have a great evening! ❤️😘
Oh what a smart idea! I ❤ GC wax melts too. That Banana Pudding one is delicious!!! 😋 I don't have a Yankee Centerpiece melter, but have heard many people have great success with them. I tried to find one on their website awhile back unsuccessfully. Do you happen to know if they still sell these warmers?
Hi Annie! Yes they do sell them - I just checked on their website (today is June 11, 2023) and some are even discounted. I just typed "Warmers" into the search bar. I love those warmers! Thanks for watching friend. ❤️🤗💕
Oh Teresa, you made my day!! I worried about posting this video... I thought maybe everybody did this already, lol. I think the Goose Creek clamshells are particularly annoying to have partials of, with all those little triangles... I just want to use it all and enjoy it!!! And the whole thing fits perfectly in there. Thank you so much, beautiful friend!!! Have a great rest of your day!! ❤️🥰
@@amysscentsandsongs Hi. I just tried using the GS Wax Melt in my YC Scenterpiece warmer. I've found that it doesn't melt this wax all the way, maybe 50 - 60%. And I get no fragrance throw from it. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks.
Hi Delores! Well, I Have several Yankee Scenterpieces which I can leave on all the time. Leaving it on 24/7, the Goose Creek circle usually lasts two full days. Some sense last longer than others but that's an average. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching. ❤️🥰
Hello! Technically yes, you could put the wax into the well intended for the cup, since it is a sealed surface - and then use cotton balls to soak out the wax. However, although I don't see any harm in it, it's really not intended to be used that way. It is a simple matter to order a couple of wax melt cups from Yankee and then reuse the cups over and over. This is what I do. Happy melting and thanks for watching!! ❤️🤗💕
Hi Angel! Those melts cups have a concave bottom and as such are designed to fit into the Yankee Scenterpiece, which has a domed well that you put the cup into. You can reuse the cups with any type of wax in the Scenterpiece, but I don't think the cups would work in another warmer such as a hot plate, because the concave bottom without not be touching. I hope that makes sense! Thanks a lot for watching. ❤️😘
Hello! The scent just dissipates - the fragrance oils burn off. The wax doesn't go anywhere and eventually there will be no scent, at which point I soak it up with cotton balls, wipe out the cup, and reuse it. Hope this helps! Thanks so much for watching! ❤️
You are welcome! I love the Scenterpiece so much - it appears to still be available on the Yankee website. In any case, I have a few of them and enjoy using them! Glad if this was helpful. 😊

I've been using this system to use my full Scentsy brick cubes. A smaller amount but will easily use a brick cube.
That's such a great idea Spookyboy, helps power through those bricks! Thank you for watching! ❤️

So the entire Goose Creek wax, how long does the scent usually last? How many hours do you leave your warmer on per day?

Can you use it without the meltcup? I have one of these but I have no melt cups all I have is those normal square ones

Does the wax actually evaporate or disappear or does the wax just become scentless?

@@amysscentsandsongs Wow, I had no idea and always figured it just dissapeared like what happens with burned candles. Thanks for the info.
@@slhines7 you are very welcome and that was a great question. ❤️🥰
What if you don't have a spare wax melt cup
LOL well, if you have a Yankee Scenterpiece, you might have bought one or two melt cups 🤔❤️
You do what I did and buy some Yankee Easy MeltCups, use up the fragrance and then re-use the cups with other brands of wax.
💚💚💚
Thanks Wendy! ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, since the Scenterpiece has been discontinued I've been at a loss for my house.
