Shot on a Panasonic GH5 with an Isco Ultra Star 2x projector anamorphic and 85mm taking lens
Anamorphic Lens + Setting + Lighting + Colors = Film Look. There you go!
Absolutely sick work! The direction of the video feels like a cool night out at the bar for a beer slot perhaps, but then the whole production and look is too Hollywood at the same time! Your emulation is amazing

Man this looks like high budget movie quality! I'm curious are you setting your WB by eye in camera? I know the gh5 can't shoot raw, so it must be tough to nail WB in post. But you seem to have nailed it perfectly.
On narrative projects I'll use Kelvin WB creatively based on how the scene should feel, but for my personal run & gun GH5 footage I pretty much use the two main WB presets, Daylight or Tungsten, and let the actual lighting fall wherever it may on the scale. Then make adjustments if necessary in the grade.

what was your taking lens mount? and did you use speedbooster ? i really love how u nailed the focus, are you on single or double focus ?
Nikon F mount, Metabones 0.64x speedbooster. Single focus with FVD 16A.
I don’t think I nailed focus as much as I could have though haha. I was hand holding the lens and looking at the tiny camera monitor. Definitely could have kept it sharper with a better setup but I was keeping it low key

How many artificial lights did you put on? Looks like it isnt just practical ones.
All the lighting is from the bar. I just walked in with my camera
