I think she seems like one of the luckier ones with cerebral palsly. She can walk around. My youngest grandson has it and needs a wheelchair to get around. Here in Australia he is very well looked after. He is 18 now.

I think technology will help us out soon. Nvidia recently launched the _Nvidia Jarvis_ framework, which translates fluently between 5 languages in real time with more languages on the way. It takes time to train these AI models, but anyone can help with training and thus speed up this process. I expect Google is doing something similar. At least I can enable captions in UA-cam already. However vietnamese is still not very useful. At some point in time, we will enjoy Troys videos with crystal clear speech and captions in any language. (Hint: Search for _Nvidia Jarvis_, and _Nvidia RTX voice_ demo videos)
