If applying underneath does color matter? I mean if applying on top one carefully opts either for silver or gold based on undertone. But since it’s gonna be covered by foundation does it matter whether one goes gold or silver with the liquid highlighter?

It is liquid highlighter. If you apply on the makeup it looks pattchy. To blend it with the foundation you need to apply before the makeup

I'll surely make that video individual..first apply eye base then setting spray apne brush or finger tip me leke eye pigment leke lid pe press n dab kr k apply krna.. sometimes lash glue se bhi apply kr sakte h..but will share in details when I make that video...hope this helps ❤️
