Amazing progression, mixing, and the collab with my all-time favorite musician 'Ricky Index', who I must say has made Does Evil Things Guy's voice sound so elegant. The singing is beyond anything I've ever listened to; truly ethereal. I don't think any version of Shucks can top this in my personal opinion. Say what you will, but you cannot deny this song fundamentally defines what Shucks should always have been. I have nothing but respect for the time and effort that went into this song. The key changes, the rhythm and progression of the song, really just everything about it was crafted perfectly, all working together so well in unison. I love songs that really make you feel like you're there in the moment, songs where you're brought through emotions all the way through. All of the things that I could have hoped for a song like this, fulfilled beautifully into a composition I didn't think would ever come to be, and now is here, in the flesh. I'm genuinely so glad you and Ricky (we know who you are) were pulled together to create something like this for a mod that has been shoved around so many times in the past. The history leading up to this song makes it all worth it to have been created, you two together are an amazing duo and I don't think I've heard a song so well done that I can listen to for extended periods of time, without it getting old. I thought Sawdust by Dembonezz was the pinnacle of a truly authentic, definitive Shucks rendition. That song checked off almost all the things I would hope from an FNF song. I thought that was truly the best... Until this came along. I don't think I can really stop listening, lol. This song, hell, this mod, is a love letter to all of those who've been invested in these SML FNF mods, as you all clearly have put your heart into the things you've created for Irida, and no matter what has happened, you've all stayed strong. That right there is a true testament to how much you care and have passion for this mod. Having directed a very large and ambitious mod in the past, only for it to be killed off several times, with constant pressure from not only the public but inside with developer tension, I have nothing but pure respect for all of you, as directing something this level is truly a feat. Not just you, duccly, and Ricky, but for everyone else who's helped string together not just this song but the entire mod as it is, and Boing Bingus for stringing together such an amazing, talented team of people. Thank you for creating this masterpiece you two, and thank you to the rest of the mod team for creating an amazing mod. While I don't super actively follow this mod or anything, I have a friend who love all of y'alls works very much, and even not being so much an SML FNF fan myself, I still absolutely love the creations that come out of this one community.
