I’m a bit confused about the video. Apparently it seems that you can commit non-culpable homicide due to negligence and willful blindness. Just like with the father who left his daughter to his car, he got negligent homicide but wasn’t really jailed [so, non-culpable right?]. Later on the vid there’s also negligence as a reason for involuntary manslaughter. The example was that roller coaster staff forgetting to buckle the seat of one of the passengers. How do you find the difference between these two cases where negligence is both in play? Both offenders didn’t really have malice against the victims.
This channel should be required material for high schools, colleges, and universities. Interesting stuff.

25 years for lending a car??? That's the definition of cruelty.
It happened in the US. That's all u need to know. Sh,,it hole country
Yeah, that’s bs.
It depends. Everything here depends on the jury. This is just an overview of things.
The US prison system isn't gonna pay for itself. we need as many workers.... ahem I mean prisoners as possible.
It kind of expects from a person that he should be able to read the mind.
There is a saying that a thief is the one that steals, but also the guilty for the theft are the ones that participated: the one that held the ladders, the one that held the light, the one that was the guard.
In this case... 25 years, kind of cruel. Though, if the lender was the arrogant heartless person that knew what will be done, if that was obvious (not "I thought it was a joke"), than the lender is the provider of a means used in a particular crime. You know, he gave the criminals a helping hand.
Can you do the next infographics video on the insanity defense.

Here in the Philippines, if a man or woman finds catches their spouse in the act of cheating on them, they do not get any repercussions, consequences, nothing, if ever one of them dies. It's a real old law too.
Don’t cheat in the Philippines ig
good or no?
@@GT-fl9gf no, cheating isn't something you should do but that crime doesn't deserve death
Yeah in the Philippines cheating on your spouse can warrant you jail time so either give up on one relationship before doing another one or dont even try it or you can face jail time
Well, cheating can result in failure of the marriage, so it means the victim's life was spent invain with a wrong person, person that lied at the wedding vows. Lifetime investment goes zero. One can't easily start over. Especially when older. Ans if no kids bcs if cheater's actions. How can he put his daughter in the fridge and not doing any jail time or at least get him some mental help because you can't forget your child that's madness and he tried to rectify his mistake instead of getting help straight away c'mon, I hope he got the help he needs.
maybe he couldve gotten some type of manslaughter but got the non culpable homicide
It is possible he forgot his child. Doesn't mean he's mad. Think of it this way: people forget to pick their kids up from school (especially when they're still very young) because they are preoccupied with work. That doesn't mean they have some mental condition; they just forgot to pick up their child. Using that same logic, it's possible that guy forgot his child in the car because he was preoccupied with something else. The difference? Him forgetting his child led to the death of his child, unfortunately.

How is "formal education" still a thing?
I'd like to invent a degree or certificate/license which comes out of a richer education but with equal outcomes on national exams (i.e. MCAT, or LSAT even though I believe that we're overdue for a revision on those) and thus of equal or greater value (i.e. MD = OD or like a PsyD= PhD). It's not right (morally and constitutionally) to have a monopoly on education system. Especially now that we know how corrupt, lucrative and biased they are in reality and how obsolete and impractical they are in the digital/internet age.
It's like we're in an entirely new world, studying it with outdated glasses.
Does anyone know how to go about this? Is it even possible or legal?
