- In this video, I give my kitchen some much-needed attention! I line all the drawers and shelves and organize a bit and clean EVERYTHING! It took me two days to clean my kitchen but it was worth it. I hope you enjoy this kitchen organizing video.

Laughed when I saw that you haven’t kept your kitchen totally perfect. The statement “ The cobbler’s children have no shoes” is so true Too busy putting shelf liners in other people’s houses but not your own. I have to go and clean my oven vents now!
Happy to see it takes someone else more than 1 day to get the room completely organized and clean, also you can put the vents hood filters into the dishwasher to clean. BTW- it’s a beautiful home and kitchen, you should be so proud!

Hi Kay…..I always get excited when you bring us a new video!!! As usual I loved your video and again gave me some motivation for my kitchen. I did do some organizing last year but I think i need to do a refresh. I used the same drawer liners in my last apartment. I wish I had all your drawers. I live in an apartment with few drawers. I love your island, Kay. I often wish my kitchen was big enough for a real island like that. Everything in there just sparkles. I put my dishwasher tabs in one of those clear containers too. The hubs looked at me funny.....like, it was supposed to be for food. Why are you wasting a container? It's not a waste if I like it.....and, I like it :) (besides...I can see how many I have left at a glance.) I saw Clover just relaxing by the back door...living the good life. He's so cute

I just love seeing how you organize and clean. I remember when you first bought the house and gave a tour. I couldn’t envision you guys living there. You have done a BEAUTIFUL JOB. Everything is just lovely and functional too. I like how you say it’s ok to experiment and live with something and you will figure it out. Personally I think it’s fun to refresh one’s living space. PS: Clover is indeed the cutest dog on UA-cam.

Your kitchen organization turned out really nice.
It is 100% the frame rate causing those lines. I fix it by changing my frame rate but only when I am in a lighting situation that requires it. Watching this video was very therapeutic, Kay. Thank you ✨

I loved watching you do this organization! We are going to be moving to a new house in May and watching you made me realize how much is in store for me. I am glad you mentioned how at first you needed to get unpacked and just get everything put away. You kind of gave me an ok to not worry about getting everything perfect while unpacking. I am also embarrassed to admit I didn’t know there were reusable coffee pods…..time to visit your Amazon shop!

It's like ur psychic Kay. I just reorganized our under kitchen sink cabinets, cleaned all our kitchen cabinets, uppers and lowers, upgraded our kitchen trash and recycling bins, and also reorganized under the downstairs bathroom sink today. All using Home Edit for Walmart. Now I can see all of our inventory, it's functional and beautiful!!! Who am I?!
Also totally agree about those bamboo drawer dividers. We have 3 different configurations. I just wish we had ONE MORE DRAWER, bc i really really really want and wish we could get the bamboo caddy that holds ALL the Ziploc baggies, in one drawer, Gallon, Half gallon Quart Sandwich & Snack. I measures or cabinets to see if the caddy would fit in our uppers along the side or back, and no such luck. It's not in my destiny....
Pro tip if your drawers are not all uniform dimensions [like mine] then the adjustable models may be the best option. Or just the long custom dividers that can be used in dressers kitchen etc, rather than the caddy styles, bc you can move them between drawers as needed and it's a more uniform solution.
I love cleaning and organize too especially my kitchen and pantry area. Love watching others do it too and really enjoyed watching yours.

I love this! Just a suggestion for your utensil drawer maybe the knives and chopsticks can switch compartments since the chopsticks look longer than the knives.
How do you like your white cabinets? We remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and chose white cabinetry because it's not a large kitchen and I wanted it to be as light as possible. Now that I've lived with it for a while I have my moments that I wish I had chosen a darker wood. When I see that you have posted a new organizational video I can't hit that start button fast enough. I absolutely love your channel.
I feel the spice/utensil drawer mixup so much. I lived in my apartment for 5 years before I switched my "junk"/food wraps etc drawer and the utensils and just mixed it up even two years later.
So rewarding to give everything a good clean and re-organising. it looks great- especially those oven vents! I just finished my craft cupboard yesterday which was bulging at the seams and today is paperwork day. Several folders to go through but I've been putting it off and it can wait no longer! Promise you'll video when you clean behind your fridge- I know mine needs doing too but I'm terrified at the thought of what lies beneath......eek! :-) Have a wonderful rest of your day!

There’s something about your videos that are so motivating…yet chill. Doing the bedroom myself nowadays…but it will be a slower clean/declutter due to my trigger thumb.

Yes, Kay, I do notice when things splash all over the place which is why I do not want a white kitchen in my next residence. 😫😅 Tfs and hope you and Yves are going well.

Do you wipe your cabinets down with just a microfiber cloth and water?

Soak the vent covers in oxiclean and really hot water for ten minutes. No scrubbing required!

I’m commenting again. I used to HATE cleaning the filters but now I just soak them in regular salt and boiling water for like half an hour and then just rinse clean.

Well, I know what I'm doing tomorrow.
I've learned i do better with all lower drawers and no upper shelves or cabinets in my kitchen. Easily accessible and never over cluttered.
