Phase 2 - 9:00 - 1:00 PM
Will they allow us to enter phase 1 at 9:00 AM ???
You go as per phase 1 slot then you can go to phase by 12.30pm, last return is 3.30pm
We got the same way. We just reached by 9.30 and they allowed for both phases. Time wasn't checked. We directly went to phase 2 after getting down at phase 1 as the climate in phase 2 may change. Then we returned according to our time.

Yes they adjust the timings but rules might change anytime

Skip the gondola and go to other places that are not very crowded. Taking pony which takes 45 min to phase 1 will be a waste of time honestly speaking. The beauty of Gulmarg lies in gondola.
