If anything I suspected Kanade is the one who is not 100% Japanese due to how she occasionally forgot some words.
Yeah the way Kanade spoke also made me think she was not native Japanese.
Going by the languages and proficiency level she listed I think she is Korean.

Same here. I thought it was another try at INNK music, but Ririka is slated to play DDLC in a few hours already so not really a music dedicated branch just yet.
Feels and seems like they're just Hololive 7th gen but Cover wanted something newer
Probably treated like new "normal" gen who while focused on music, still play like normal Holomem.
I think managements compare how INNK works before and how Suisei, AZKi and IRyS actually more popular when stream normally. They decided to make DEV_IS less restrictive while still focused on music making/ concert

Hajime talks like Miko, is a baby like Luna and writes like Sakamata (but cleaner handwritting)
Kanade is a mix of Lui-nee, Aqua, and Risu.
Ao is basically Suisei, Towa, and (early) Okayu mixed together
Ririka is like Marine mixed with Lui too.
