The ult ends till the user gets the ult, you have 4 chances to roll and the first second and third is pure luck but get on any of those is 4 mins and 11 secs but only ends when broken the fourth is full chance of jackpot but only 50 secs
Most of the time people will damage the domain when they're outside (certain moves, and 4th m1 damage domain) shortening the domains timer with each hit, I've had domain break after 2nd roll cuz multiple people (few awakened) were damaging.
Here's what you need to do if you are fighting a Hakari ult with your ult: Don't fight the Hakari ult, even if you are a teamer, the reason why I said don't fight the Hakari ult is because the Hakari ult user's healing is by 0 seconds
