- This was my first time hearing Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On in it’s entirely since I only heard bits & pieces of this song, I actually heard the full song for the first time with you guys & I was blown away how great the song was but Celine sung exactly like a angel sent from heaven on this song & that song was made for the right soundtrack for the 1997 film titanic including the love theme for Jack & Rose in the movie, TBH I never actually seen titanic but when I do I’ll be happy to watch it for the very first time this year all the way through. Celine did phenomenal on this song she had came through with a lot of great excellent vocal range on this song & tore this song all the way up but killed it. Celine’s my heart will go on will forever be one of the finest performances she gave for the movie titanic & she deserved that Oscar for singing her heart out in this song. As for titanic, she also did not like the song when it was presented for her. Her husband convinced her to do a demo. The day of recording: she wasn't feeling her best she still sang it once, and they took the demo, built the orchestra and turned it into the soundtrack. So what we hear is her one take demo that became a worldwide hit, The movie director james cameron also did not want the song which is makes even more amazing when you think about that it was never meant to be, yet happened!
