    Eggs - 2-3
    Firm Tofu - 300g (10mm thick slices)
    Red & Green Capsicums - 1/4 each (cubed)
    Celery - 1 stalk (cubed)
    Ginger - 5g (minced)
    Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
    Vegetarian Oyster Sauce - 1 tbsp
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Oil - 2 tbsp

    食材:
    雞蛋 - 2-3 顆
    老豆腐 - 300 克(切成10毫米厚片)
    紅綠甜椒 - 各1/4個(切丁)
    芹菜 - 1根(切丁)
    生薑 - 5 克(切末)
    醬油 - 1 湯匙
    素蠔油 - 1 湯匙
    糖 - 1 茶匙
    油 - 2 湯匙

    Can i have a request that, can your video also added in chinese version? Because some of my family members are chinese educated and kin to learn in cooking vegetarian food but they didn't know how to English version video, thank u. 😊
