The build is very good. The thing abt raiden is that both her signature weapon and her ascention stat is er meaning that while crit ratio of 60-130 is bad on someone like itto who has alot of free crit stats is really good on reiden who if she had as many crit stats as itto through weapon and ascention she whould have like a 60-220 with the same build

The wavebreaker fin (the spear you got on the banner) is actually one of the best spears for any burst dmg assuming you got a high energy cost team so this works well on xl and raiden. The only reason why it's not used as often is because it's an exclusive weapon and not available anytime other than it being featured from time to time. So in a sense, it's a whale weapon in a 4 star lol
