As a child I thought the enemies where the ones who would hurt me. Now with more years enemies don’t scare me but the pain from my loved ones does haunt me. Not here to complain, just sharing my journey in the hopes it opens the eyes of people who are where I was. My strategy has been to cut people out of my life who do not contribute to my joy or dreams. I do not know if it is the wisest, but I need people who are really in my corner

Appreciate what you have and what you can do. Motivation does not help me. I am lying in bed, suffering from nerv malfunctions which cause so much pain that I am not able to walk. Medication makes me sleep 80 percent of each day. When my 7 year ols son a wants to play football I can not get up. I keep fighting it, but my body lets me down. I am 37 trapped in a body of a 85 year old. If you are healthy, appreciate each and every single moment and go for your dreams! If you are down and depressed, think of how lucky you are to walk into the woods and enjoy life. All the best to you.

I will say something different. I appreciate always you effort to make this videos, since the very beginning. You express very good this claims of resilience, self confidence... this feeling of understanding the good way to fight against all the things that happens in life. And the best quality that you have, is the one that makes me stay here for 5 years. That quality is the abillity to make someone you don't know if you'll ever meet, feel good, and capable of go through his problems with a better attitude. So thank you for that man, i hope to meet you someday, somehow, somewhere and just have a cool talk.
