Lease is good if your only using is for 2 years, using it for a business in order to get some tax deductions, which would make up the difference end of the year because payments would be high on a lease. If you get one a few years old, I’d say buy Forsure, they’ve went back up in value and are going to continue to rise and hold value for few more years.
The seats were working, they just stopped folding because it was moving the front seats forward to make enough room. You can see the drivers seat moving forward slightly at the start.
@Do One Tf is your problem? If you watch the drivers seat closely, you'll see it move forward to make room for the rear seats to fold down. There is absolutely no reason to be a dickhead. And yeah, JLR are known for their problems, I'm not some blindsided fanboy, I'm just simply stating a fact of how the seat folding mechanism works.

Well, it’s definitely the most dignified SUV. Not some inflated hatchback, but built as a luxury off road vehicle with a proper four wheel drive system. Yes, yes, reliability, and so on… apparently depending on the driver from what I’ve heard.
I know I’m like four months late, but I think the reason they stopped was maybe because the front seats have to move forward slightly to make room for the head rest as the seats fold down. I know that it happens at least in the discovery so it might be the same for the Range Rover. I think there’s a part of the video where you can hear a little bit of a whirring while the backseats aren’t moving which I think might be the front seats moving
I have a 2020 full size Range Rover and the front seats move up a bit before the back seats can go down. So, there was nothing wrong with the seats in the video.

Matt-what you buy if you had £90/95k; a Range Rover or a S350/500 Merc saloon? The Merc looks more modern and is faster, but the range imposing and classic. Don’t factor in battery capacity, not fussed about that. Would be interesting to hear your thoughts, you’ve short-listed the Range but said “buy” the Merc in your review of their new 2021 version...wondering...??

7 series, S Class, A8. £40,000 depreciation pretty much after 2 years and 20k miles or so. Probably half that for the Vogue as they are still 60k vs 30k for the Germans.

Look great no doubt but you don’t become the number one most unreliable manufacturer by being good. The problems are almost all electrical. I worked for them for 12 years and the customer satisfaction surveys etc where shocking, you’re one of the few lucky ones and I actually envy that as I style wise etc I love them

Got the Sport P400e same drive train as the one in the video and it's very impressive. As long as its got charge, it'll easily do 150mpg and when it runs out then 24-30 depending on how you drive. Lots of punch from the engine too, if you put it in dynamic mode it bolts off the line a lot faster as the engine is ready to kick in. Trying to find out whether it's exempt from congestion charge though! anybody know?
Rear seats fold, they get to a point of fold where they stop to allow the front seats to get out of the way, they then continue to flat fold. You need the headrests down often to get them rear seats all the way down
