As a tall Scandinavian guy of 184 cm my LightweightM6LXBrompton was delivered with the "long version" seat post as standard (We are tall people up here, to be able to breathe with our heads above the snow!) so it can't be put into a B&W box, as shown, without being taken apart (Not that smart for a folding bike!)! So for now I use a black - titanium seat post of 535 mm for a test, which I may just pull out in full, and it is still too short for my size. I may try a little longer version also, to see if it still functions? Finn. Denmark 😄
I realise it is heavier, but could you use the telescopic seat post? It is the obvious solution if you still want to fold the bike into a small item of luggage. I have the telescopic post. I am 188 cm. I don't thinlk I am tall.

I like bromltom thou I cannot afford it n the music used in this video. How do you do it was composed by the Beatles given to Gerry marsden of the pacemakers! Dream was recorded by the everly brothers. It reflects my feeling for Brompton! Bec I can't afford it that is y all I have to do is dream to own it! My folding bike is fnhon of Taiwan. I just replace my saddle with leather wrap! Replace my pedal with a lighter weight n replace my handgrip. All its features are still d same. I am 73 summers from manila Philippines!!!!!

Weigh is about 2kgs for the bag and 12 kgs for the bicycle. Parcel Force Charges us about 400GBP
