Chris sounded flat in VII. Seems the tensions were already growing, check Mark Morton's rank of all LOG albums, and he mentions this about VII, and why he thinks it's the worst LOG album.
There still a band that hasn't sold out yet be thankful for that and u guys are right about this guy he's filling good enough but Chris Adler will always be better to me seeing him and Joey jordison play together was the best my 2 favorite drummers back in 2015, ashes of the wake awesome show

Art is such a powerhouse. Favorite song on the album. From his Winds of plague days to now with Lamb of God he keeps leveling up the drumming. LOG live shows with art are HEAVY. SLAY KING 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
He’s nothing compared to Adler.. He just follows the guitarist.. Doesn’t use unique fills like Chris did.. Also his kicks are nothing compared to Chris… Not saying he isn’t good but it’s hard to follow an innovator

I feel like Art rejuvenated Lamb of God and has taken them to an even higher level of metal. I love his passion, enthusiasm, rhythm, and soul he has brought to them. Can’t wait to see more from El jefe Cruz.
Art is an absolute animal. some of the speed and precision he has added to LOG is wild. Although, I am still a huge Adler fan, glad the band is still putting out songs like this!

I've been playing Ludwig for close to 40 years. Bonham was the reason I bought them and never regretted it. Still have my Rockers with Remo heads!
If you want that snare drum sound. He`s using an Evans Hybrid batter head. It`s a very distinct sound.
