How to manage your accounting with Odoo?

The number of Consultants and Accounting firms (advisors) working on Odoo 16 is impressive but I'm struggling to find one resource that can discuss with me a major conflict the Odoo has with IFRS, specifically in the field of 'matching' Sales and CoGS reporting. Can someone guide me to a resource or a forum that I can refer my issue to

Hi Team,
How to setoff Interim accounts automatically in case of price variance , in V.15 it gets automatically transfer when amount differed in PO and Invoice to price variation account.
In V.16 it get hit in valuation report with difference amount and gets the wrong report
Waiting for the solution for the same
