You Raise Me Up是由秘密花園組合中的Rolf Løvland作曲，該首歌收錄於秘密花園2002年的專輯當中，由愛爾蘭小說家兼作詞家Brendan Graham所譜詞，襯著愛爾蘭傳統風笛聲，飄散濃郁的民謠風，柔和中帶出波瀾壯闊的氣勢，是一首能安慰人心的療癒系歌曲。
這首歌最初創作其實只有音樂旋律，命名為〈Silent Story〉(無聲的故事)，創作靈感來自愛爾蘭一般的傳統音樂。2001年，由祕密花園樂團與愛爾蘭歌手Brian Kennedy首度公開演出，並在同年的911事件追思活動上受到注意，2005年末，在美國就有超過80個不同版本的演譯，被錄製的次數高達125次以上，在世界各地也被改編成不同語言。
這次我們將此經典曲目用大提琴與鋼琴的演奏呈現，加入管弦樂團的編曲，讓當時他們與合唱的壯觀聲響保留，更加入渾厚溫暖的弦樂聲響，希望觀眾喜歡！
You Raise Me Up was composed by Rolf Løvland of the Secret Garden . The song was included in Secret Garden's 2002 album. The lyrics were composed by Irish lyricist Brendan Graham. It is set against the sound of traditional Irish bagpipes . It is a folk song with a soft and majestic momentum. It is a healing song that can comfort people's hearts.
This song was originally created with only melody, named "Silent Story", and was inspired by traditional Irish music. In 2001, it was performed publicly for the first time by the Secret Garden and Irish singer Brian Kennedy, and attracted attention at the September 11 Incident memorial event in the same year. In 2005, there were more than 80 different versions of the performance in the United States, and it had been recorded as many times as More than 125 times, it has also been adapted into different languages ​​around the world.
