There is corruption in a lot of government institutions (schools, municipalities, hospitals, police stations etc). Two things will eradicate this corruption. Firstly rotate the leaders / managers every 3 to 4 years. Secondly, anyone found guilty of corruption should either lose their job in that sector permanently and / or face jail time. There is no will in SA to address corruption.

As of lately, the suppliers that supplies animal feed now has to pay the prisoners to offload trucks because they refuse to do it for free. The very animal feed that feeds the cattle, pigs and chicken that they as prisoners eat for free. That is why there is so much crime because it is better in prison then living outside. These human rights departments are to be blamed for all this. So yes they live better then the poor outside prison.

I disagree with making prisons more inhumane and keeping prisoners in cages. This is what makes criminals more criminal and is not conducive to rehabilitation. I'm not saying there shouldn't be limitations, but make conditions more humane and less animal-like. The reason authorities do this is to save costs. If you are in survival mode, trying to stay alive and survive every day, it hardens you, and you live inside like predators and prey.
