Clay is a top 5 GOAT for different reasons. Hes moved rosters so many times molding new players into superstars who then supersedes his position in the scene, his passion and love for the game is overwhelming and he shows the most emotion in every win or loss. One of the longest lasting players in the scene, i really do hope to see another run from him. All the best to Clay and his future
Underastimated and apreciated by about most people. Dude played with many different teams and had lots of succes a feature almost no one else shares. Do realise people value players by the amount of chips. While most greats got there chips with a few teams clay got his on many. Its underapreciated. Also clay ignited the col dynasty sadly got dropped in ghosts after winning. Meaning dude could have won champs in ghosts wouldnt he get dropped.
Col very possibly would have won as many tournaments with clay. What he has done is ridiculous, getting dropped consistently and winning tournaments consistently. He is arguably the goat because of the sheer adversity he went through to win all he has won. All the other goats were on dynasties, he put himself in the goat argument without ever being on a dynasty while they were considered a dynasty, unbelievable achievement in my opinion. There’s no way he should be finished, anyone who can consistently come back from adversity and win like that (time and time again) is clearly an effective player even if his stats aren’t amazing. If someone is consistently winning like that over the years it’s not a fluke. If clay never plays as a pro again then the shot callers clearly don’t have a clue. Same with crim, never lights the world on fire but consistently wins the biggest events time and time again, it’s not a coincidence people, there billions of people on earth and these fuckers just keep doing the business. If someone doesn’t pick up clay it’s straight up retarded.
@@mickltlbjhbih3909 For me crim hasnt shown enough over the duration of his carreer. Its said crim knowns how too win. On wich team did he show this? Scump been winning before crim joined optic. Scump and formal been the top 2 guys on optic untill ww2. During ww2 crim finaly was optics best player and look at the results! Bo4 the community trashed crim. Then mw dallas has 3 stars in huke shotzzy and illey 2 vets clay and crim. The team didnt start looking like much untill rambo started coaching. Then clay got dropped and the team performed worse. But it became 4v4 so fair. This year crim got on another team that started the season incapable too win. The first win was vs another weak team. Now to finish with crim his greatest years bo2 and ghosts. Lets look at col before clay. They struggled too beat optic. So can we agree clay was the final pieace. Also aches was the leader so regarding how the team played it wasnt perse crim who made the team winning. Ghosts now i wasnt on the crim train but he did perform pretty good. But lets for simplicity say crim was the best. Now we mention 1 title. About 8/9 years ago. Need too add that aches was still the leader. Then at optic crim was the nr. 3 guy after scump and formal. 2 players who also won events before. Scump the first bo2 lan and ghosts xgames plus mw3 domination and some bo1 wins. Formal during his halo days. These guys knew how too win. Nadeshot was the igl the team won like 3 out of 5 events? Then made a roster change got enable for 2 events won those then got karma and performed about at the same standard although xgames the team looked at its best imo. Anyway the rest is mentioned. Like i dont see the argument for crim as a goat when i go through this. Even if i give him the best of ghosts status. Dude competes for 10+ years and only 1 time and for a short moment in ww2 he has been the top dog. Regardless its surely still one of the greats. Cause while at optic being a nr. 3 or 4 guy you are still better then most within the league. Although there is a case to be made for clay and zooma as better players and i surely miss some.
1:11 That Optic team got 3rd at Champs, won Xgames and were the ones who played EG the closest. With Nadeshot, Mboze and Proofy, in a game completely dominanted by CoL/EG, I'd say they were pretty succesful. Also, 3 of the players from that Optic roster retired the year after, so it's not like it was a super team either.
His gaming career MIGHT be over but he is wayy too big to not still be a part of the league, He might be a coach an Analyst or maybe still get a chance on another team.
I never get tired of gods like these. Just watched breaking points doco on dashy. It’s so cool to relive this stuff. Hope clay makes it through. OG right there
This was a sick look back as always Enable, hope Clay gets the chance to end his Competing Career in a way that is fitting for someone who's been one of the best to ever do it, he's earned that at the very least.
Back in the COD 4 days I played a lot of game battles and was always a pretty decent player but nowhere near the top. One season I decided to make an “EU All Stars” clan and invited a bunch of the top guys from American clans. I didn’t really expect many people to join but then a bunch of them accepted. One of them was Clayster. I am not into the pro scene at all anymore so I’m not sure who is still big but a couple other guys I remember were Fear Hacker, Crowster and Bully. There were other players from top clans but I can’t remember who they were. We played a some matches but most of the time I really held the team down when we were playing the other top clans. It didn’t last long before everyone left. I think Fear Hacker, Crowster and I were really the only ones playing matches. I played one or two with Clayster but he never really communicated outside of the matches. It was cool seeing how successful they all became.
i know a lot of people think clay can change the mutineers, the lag and maybe even paris. which he can very much do but the one team that clay can make a huge impact for and find success in my opinion are the seattle surge. for accuracy ofc.
I would love for Clay to come to Seattle honestly. Paris needs him he could change that whole organization around or he could wait till next season when they expand meaning more teams are coming into play 😏😉
Bro these are fire I was listening to the reverse sweep and you said a documentary about the rise and fall of cod players, CDL aren’t going to do it so you might aswell do it also clay to coaching staff at 100theives would be lit 🔥
It would be very sad to see Clay pushed into retirement. Hope someone is smart enough to pick him up. He does his best when he’s told he’s not good enough. I’d love to see him finish up on a high note
With the exception of expansion next season, I don't see him making a return unless he's willing to take the minimum on a PAR or FLA. His contract is too big for other teams to even consider for the performance they're getting.
I feel bad for Clayster, players always have there bad years but it shocks me he was dropped multiple times after winning champs like.....idk what to say.
Love the video but where is my man piecing and crazy snipes? Doesn't show how good Clay really was and still is man. Still a very good video and as I said before your voice is epic for these type of videos, just love reliving those moments.
i just dont think anyone is going to give him a shot, it just feels like unless you are 18 and cracked most teams just aren't interested anymore, outside a few OG's still left.
I used to hate Clayster but I must admit his passion and skill has won me over. What a beast! I wish him the best ❤️
Lovin the content brother, thank you for makin our days Ian.
WMAR LOVE YA

Loving these mini docuseries Ian, they're so well done. keep it up
It's tough to leave something you love and have been doing for years. But he'll be ok. He has had one of the best COD careers ever.
Clay is an absolute legend. As cringe as it may sound, we’re all lucky to witness the legacy he has created. Will go down in history
Amazing video this is what the cod league needs more of. Please keep it up with other players storylines

i dont like seeing people retire hopefully he still plays
Legendary tribute video!
WALEB!
First the scump one vid and now this? You truly don't miss with these vids man. We need more!

Enable has such a great narrating voice! Clay will forever be my 🐐
What a video , loving the content

Your video are on point!! A must watch
love this style of video so much. great job!
Hate him or love him Clay is one of the faces that Brought call of duty to what it is today ❤️🙏 🏆🏆🏆💍💍💍
FACTS
@@EnableIan ayo much love Enable ❤️❤️❤️🙏
Dude the consistency of content is a game changer, keep it up big bro!
Clay's gamertag should have been Parasite with how often he rode young talent to multiple rings
I would love for Clay to come to Seattle honestly. Paris needs him he could change that whole organization around or he could wait till next season when they expand meaning more teams are coming into play 😏😉
Love this style of vid like the one u did of scump, maybe make a could karma return vid or something like that
Oof that title is a rough one 😞. Great storytelling and presentation with the history of the scene as always goat
Clay is my goat. Dude always bounces back. The 3 time scapegoat always finds his way come champs time.
Do more of these please. You do very well with the story tell versions of pros..
Great video Ian as an Overwatch and apex player I appreciate the run back through cod history!
Bro these are fire I was listening to the reverse sweep and you said a documentary about the rise and fall of cod players, CDL aren’t going to do it so you might aswell do it also clay to coaching staff at 100theives would be lit 🔥
Fire fucking video 🔥
Got a grown man all teary eyed and junk over here… is someone cutting onions?!
Content is like no other! Keep it up Enable!
It would be very sad to see Clay pushed into retirement. Hope someone is smart enough to pick him up. He does his best when he’s told he’s not good enough. I’d love to see him finish up on a high note
Been waiting for this one 🔥 🍿
Fantastic enable. Please do more players like Aches, parasite. karma formal. The og goats would love to see a series possibly.
YES THESE VIDEOS ARE SO FUN TO WATCH
god damn enable. another banger. story telling is becoming god tier.
thanks brotha
Respect. True respect right here. Good to see
Clay always gets screwed. One of my favorite players ever
ok never knew enable made content like this. im so late
This title has been changed more times than clays been dropped
4:35 this is not true Huke had been in the league for awhile when empire formed.
This is sort of true because during the time before bo4 he wasn’t old enough so he was mainly focusing on playing halo 5.
Man that was a great video. It’s unbelievable the success he has had especially after teams had basically said he was the weak link and dropped him.
guy is resilient, did it with so many different players
Nothing is more exciting to watch then Clay getting hyped on the main stage. Tough to see him gone. Not even a fan anymore of any player or any team.
is Ian ever gonna open that TV box???
Bro this is good content. Story telling docu-series better than the cdl👌.
These documentaries slap
that thumbnail hawt bro no homo. Clay and his hair rock backwards hats.
With the exception of expansion next season, I don't see him making a return unless he's willing to take the minimum on a PAR or FLA. His contract is too big for other teams to even consider for the performance they're getting.
Clayster is in CODM Championship!! CODM IS THE FUTURE!!
i love clayster and he is by my favourite player. He is a fucking dog that just refuses to be put down and i respect the hell out of that
*Formal is the greatest Main AR
Huge respect to Clay though
I like how passionate he is ❤
Tbh he deserves a spot over a ton of other players, however with how large his contract is it may come as unappealing to most teams
To be fair Subliners cod t2 and t3 last year, pretty good.
love this style of vid
After scump, clay was always the player i followed most
I don't think Clayster is done. IMO he's still got a championship in him still.
I feel bad for Clayster, players always have there bad years but it shocks me he was dropped multiple times after winning champs like.....idk what to say.
Only 3 things are certain in life; death, taxes and Clay making a comeback. He will be back.
i used to not like clay, idk why, but now, i wanna see him win again so bad, I will cheer for him when he get on another roster. WHEN.
one of these on urself and nade would be dope
Great content brother
Awesome video
There’s a few teams that could use him mn, fla, theives and surge I think he’d improve all of those teams
Clay was one of my most hated players growing up and over the years he’s become on of my favs he will come back to the top just wait
These videos r amazing
I love these videos
Another Wenable video!
Unfortunately I do think his time in the league is over especially for vanguard, I do think a break could do him good though (mentally)
Clayster seems burned out. He may be done
No. He needs to be done. There is absolutely no reason to treat your teammates like he was at NYSL.
Love the video but where is my man piecing and crazy snipes? Doesn't show how good Clay really was and still is man. Still a very good video and as I said before your voice is epic for these type of videos, just love reliving those moments.
Glad tyou changed the title, seemed like you been hatin on all the CoD OG's lately, but i like this one! Keep goin folk💯💯
WOSH
He’s literally coming to LAT lol
Clay will always be my GOAT
i just dont think anyone is going to give him a shot, it just feels like unless you are 18 and cracked most teams just aren't interested anymore, outside a few OG's still left.
Clay is definitely the most disrespected all time greats of cod.
Clay is the luckiest unlucky person ever.
Bring back the goat Fire .40!!
If I’m Florida I would look to sign clay. Florida has that crazy potential and only needs that veteran to put them on track.
Pro cod player who always gets carried*
KEEP UP THESE VIDS IAN GOOD SHIT
lol ian knew the first title was lowkey disrespectful :D
:O
Yes and he’s the goat
I love Clayster
CLAY 4 LIFE
Another W video.
He gave up last year and quit on his team…
expansion with bigger maps, 6v6 would fix it all. So many great players
Do one for PRIESTAHH
Bad COD games continue to end careers to soon.
WENABLE
I believe clay has 20 or 21 wins
🐐
Has he always been dropped or did he leave on his own? Why would everyone drop clayster, he really is one of the best in call of duty.
He is definitely done I still believe he can still compete but I’ve never seen anyone pick up a old timer it’s mostly young guns they want
Greyster
Why does he get moved around so much? I don't get it. There has to be some shit going on behind the scenes that causes that.
