The Truck Owner/Driver/Transport Company or we the Public Commuters have Legal Right to claim for Compensation from the concerned Authority for the damage/loosed incurred and stranded/delay delivery of Goods. Enough is enough for worse Road conditions in our State. How much, how long Public/Commuters will keep on suffering through out the years. Concerned Authority/Government/Department will always gave lame excuses by playing the blame game. Right to have a Good Road is a basic and Fundamental Rights. Every commuters/Vehicles are paying Road Tax. It's now high time to seek legal remedy in appropriate Court for justice. If we keep silent, we are also part & parcel of Corruption System. If i'm the chief minister then right after landslide, within 2 weeks i'll clear it up everythings by given 24 hrs time self n make black topping successful but nagaland government is good for nothings,it's all because of the government only, everywhere highway was full of potholes even in town areas, nagaland is the only state in India who never develop like other states especially roads,money goes to minister pocket,top officials pocket for their families develop
