I believe this could be the start of a huge trend. Lots of people getting into creative greenhouses like never before because its harder to get food than ever before and greenhouse is literally the best way to make food out of dirt! Lots turn tail when they see the complexity of different systems. Water containers, compost, plastic, is all you need in utah at least!

why do you leave the oranges on during the winter? and do you have to change the hay bales after so long? Wouldn't it attract mold? did you put any worms in the compost piles?

Worms come free check out our reels on Facebook Chads Midgley. Have videos on the worms. Straw bales don’t mold. Haven’t seen anything of concern. Oranges ripen over the winter and are sweet by mid April.

Been wondering if your green house design could grow coffee?
Having trouble getting my family on board for a green house but when I mentioned maybe coffee everyone perked up (pun intended).

Coffee needs a lot of square ft for multiple plants, enough to crosspollinate. Coffee also needs maturing with years and years of fruiting and proper pruning to really pull out its genetic potential and make that great coffee people like. Just fyi
