Your coverage of this has been outstanding. As a Saints fan in California, I've paid the giant price for Sunday Ticket for years just to be able to watch the Saint's games.

how much are season tickets these days? NFL ticket is cheaper isnt it? I always looked at it like this when I subscribed to watch MN Vikings when I lived in California. It was like $249 per season then. That covers me and anyone in my house at the time of viewing. I dont think its terrible.

It’s 400+ not including the YTTV subscription and you don’t get every game

Comparing to actual tickets makes no sense. It's an entirely different product.
Also, it's closer to 500 dollars. And buying a ticket every home game doesn't cost that much more than that.
Either way, NFL violated the law to keep the price artificially high. Doesn't matter if you never though it was a bad deal. It was a rip-off.

@@codyb.3015 It was 249 per season when I had it back in the day....and that was cheap for a full season of NFL for someone that lived 2000 miles from my favorite team. So, that was a bargain imo....would it been better if it was 99 per team, per year? Yes, but they didnt offer that.

Honestly if the NFL wants to get there side of the story out there'd be nobody more fair than you. You're a consumer, an nfl reporter and a lawyer. I mean how else would they do it, talk to McAfee? No disrespect to him, but he wouldn't know the questions to even ask. In fairness to him he'd agree with this statement.

Here is how it is financed: Expansion. Four new teams covers the tab.
