Nice recovery Big Cat! Looked pretty good at the end. One little trick I learned to add something to the crust, sprinkle a little garlic powder in the oil before you throw the crust down.
You should have used that pizza tray on the grill . Lay the cooked pizza crust on it, spread first layer of cheese, cook your burgers and lay them on top of first cheese layer, add more cheese and cover for cheese to melt. When done just serve on the same pizza tray. 🍕
Thanks Amjad-1, I thought about that but the pizza peel is stainless steel and not sure how much the pizza would stick to it. Also, I'm afraid it might warp since it's so thin. Love your thinking process, that's exactly what I'm going for here. I'll test it and if it works I'll make another video and give you the credit.
Big Cat, What a great, fun video; such enthusiasm! But, you need to slow down, I haven't had a chance to make the upside down pizza and now another one for me to try. Lol. Maybe I will do both at same time. You look like you really enjoy what you do and I for one appreciate your videos, and I don't think I'm the only one either. Happy Memorial Day. Ron
Thanks Ron, Happy Memorial Day to you and the fam as well. Glad the enthusiasm shows through because it's real lol... I agree, do both back to back. They cook really quick...
Like I always say... You dont know until you try. I like your enthusiasm with trying new things. I dont think it was that bad and by the look on your face when you tasted it, it wasn't. Maybe add the mozzarella on top once you flip it right side up and let melt on the baking rack. I would try it. Thanks for the video and GRIDDLE ON DUDE.
Function over Form for me in everything... IDC what it looks like as long as it tastes good in the end. Happy to see you post the "loses" vs only the wins - that's what it's really like in the kitchen or on the grill - if your any kind of risk taker - ya' win some & you lose some - but in the end this sounds like it was a WIN!
Must have forgot, sorry brother. I actually got this at at Walmart. Here is the link: www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-stainless-steel-digital-scale-with-big-weighing-platform-and-mechanical-buttons/264967993?athbdg=L1300

Thanks Troy!! I really struggle cooking pizza on the Blackstone but the challenge is always fun.
It's not a failure. It's a success at showing what does not work. 🤣🤣🤣 Either way, pretty or messy, it tastes the same.
Tasted great, need to work on the presentation lol... Thanks Howard!!
not sure if you forgot to add the link to the kitchen scale but I didn't see it. the pizza does look good though

I would love it!! Not sure if anyone else would!
LOL, yeah it needs some work in the looks department. I'll do some more experimenting!!!
OMG! I would love it!!!!!
It may not look great, but how will it taste?
Taste was amazing!!!
Flip it over, then put the mozzarella on and use a dome to melt it
Build it on your pizza pan and then it over when it's done
What's up Big Cat Wash Burger Pizza Looked looked AWESOME!!!!!
Pizza Hut don't even come close. Heinz Ketchup is the Best!!!!!
