August 2024: Gregor Heitzinger | Heart valve insufficiency & survival

The "Researcher of the Month" jury presents the award for the month of August 2024 to Gregor Heitzinger on the occasion of the paper "Contemporary insights into the epidemiology, impact and treatment of secondary tricuspid regurgitation across the heart failure spectrum" published in the "European Journal of Heart Failure" (IF 18.2).
The observational study was conducted as part of Gregor Heitzinger's PhD studies at the Clinical Division of Cardiology at the Department of Medicine II in the working group of Philipp Bartko and Georg Goliasch.
