You just described everything I was hoping to watch! Amazing and hope you still drive. We have the same driving style based on what you described. Great video thank you
You are actually making me think about getting a formula 3 car, it looks like fun. Also appreciate you sharing your practical approach to set-ups. Thank you!
You betcha! the f3 is great fun, the racing is a bit harsh sometimes, it takes a different approach to survive with these things as they are so delicate. but when you do get a good race you feel like Lando Norris on scenario 7 (: so it's worth it hehe...
this is the first setup video ive seen thats actually helpful and informative on understanding where to start with setups and getting the car to react more to how one my anticipate or want the car to. I love your content bud! hope to see more setup videos from you and maybe more in-depth understandings of what to pay attention to in a standard iracing setup and how to tweak it.
Excellent video. I remember racing against Tanner back in the day in Star Mazda. Glad he's been snapped by iR for his talents. And you have the best approach to setup tweaking. Minimalist like me, although I must say I am guilty of going to aero first and only. The stuff about the diff was game changing to me.
Thanks. I appreciate the information you've presented here as I'm having a "understeer on power" issue with my team provided setup and this was perfect. I'll try this info on my setup this afternoon.
I just purchased the F3 car and ran a quick race against the AI at Road America. It is fun to drive but I'm a long way off of your lap times. I have a league race (dirt oval) in an hour but after that I will practice the F3. Again, thanks for sharing.

Dori, I went from 2.01 to 1.58.9 in a single day. Granted I had my mates coaching me. Along with your help. Thanks
Great job! 58's is mega competitive. We all need a mate to coach us sometimes hehe, fresh eyes and what not.
Really helpful. Your Okayama setup lead me to my first F3 victory and I felt way more confident in the car. Thank you
Wow that great to hear! well done

Really appreciate this video Dori_N
Always struggle to set up the car so appreciate the effort and help, this makes it really simple to understand.
This is gold, thanks!
You bet!

Nice, hope it worked out
How would you even know that if you haven't tried it?
Your setups have been great but i feel like i need to learn more about how the car works.
Also got my b class this morning driving home a p4 😁
ayyy congratz! yeah it's very different than most cars on the service, but can be good fun. if you ever need help you know where to find me (:
Thank you Dori!! so helpful
My pleasure mate

Dirt oval you say? I should really walk the oval side a little more.
sorry it took a week to answer hehe
@@DoriN12 Can you recommend any road race leagues that are beginer friendly?
@@bobdegood71 I can't say that I do, but if you look up the forums and Reddit, surely there are plenty of leagues like that.
Great video! Thanks Dori
Glad it was helpful!
Man Dori beautiful laps after that diff change!
Awesome, great to hear
Noob here. Can I still adjust all of these settings in fixed race?
Hi mate , is this still relevant in this day or did they change the car ?
Thanks. Very informative.
you bet
Thanks, good work
Glad you liked it!
People pay for setups??
How about a track guide, how to drive and F3 car at Road America?
I make f3 track guides every week bud, here's the one for Road America: ua-cam.com/video/VlS_WvLfVhw/v-deo.html
@@DoriN12 Thanks! I will check it out. I will also explore more of your videos.

I like turtles
Sure.
This all seems like hard work. Can you not just say "2 clicks of rebound" 🤣
Ahh, well, this is one of my earlier tutorials, I wasn't really sure what I was doing 😅
