    Why would anybody want to pay development charges when there is no map revealed or NOC from PHATA after the RDA attempt is over? There are no facilities and infrastructure here which would encourage investors to start construction of homes. No school, no food outlets, no hospital or clinic. May Allah تعالی grant these people hidayat.

    I fully endorse about the merging policy which will relieve end users who has multiple files in different categories. Unfortunately, Rudn introduced the merging last year but it was for investors and dealers only.

    Still I am not convinced. What will happen to those who are paying all installments in time. No installment is short & still there is time. So why they will not be balloted? Why they need to pay early? Still there is time till 2025 then why Rudn has changed the policy? This is not fair at all.

      This is exactly my concern - as per the original payment plan 90% is not even due yet on executive files they are threatening to block files - also possession le kar kya karna hai when on ground there are no facilities
