trashing a card is part of the effect, not a cost. So both enel and you're the one are triggered, event resolves, heal discard 1. Then Enel resolves, heal and discard 1 (none to discard by then, but its not a cost so just a free heal).

im guessing he trashed for the event cause its mandatory, but Enel's heal effect can still pop off when you have no cards in hand
