1. he was offered that overpriced price by the buyer, 2. the buyer knows the real costs of these skins obviously, 3. he willingly overpays for other skins, this isnt unheard of, it happens everywhere IRL or ingame

@@Megatraum504 Green skins are typically cheap in comparison to general skin prices. Only expensive skin really is the Deagle Emerald Jaegermister (can't spell that shit lol). Also gloves and knives, but they're expensive anyways.
