Seriously, some of the best tactics from this style of game I've ever seen. They set up road blocks, try to pit maneuver, how if one patrol car is stopped where the initial crime happened, the second one will stop further back and search around _that_ area. I'm hoping the sequel they give them Grapplers, those things are awesome.
The best part of this theme song is the fact that it was built in 3 sections, and as your "stars" increase when you commit crimes, the song enters another section, 4 stars it starts the 5:40 mark.
Most of the game in the soundtrack (and game industry) is done this way as well. Different trigger events will remove or add pieces to the layers/tracks depending on the intensity needed for what's currently happening. For example the Militech and Cyberpsycho themes have similar layered sections that go way harder depending on whether you're stealthing, in combat, near them, close up, etc.
i think i the first part of this has a part that also used in cyberpsycho combat music. My theory is that the cyberpsycho combat music is for terrified civilians and beat-cops while this is what the cyberpsycho hears playing in their head. Give a man a gun and be becomes god.

Police is there because they needed it in an open world. But it does not serve any purpose. Now if you have played the Witcher or Skyrim, if you did bad things, the "police" just spawned behind you and interrupt your game with a dialogue cutscenes. The same mechanic is portrayed here. I for sure do not want to play the game and have to escape the police like in GTA. It frustrates me there but I can understand it since it's an action game. CP isn't. All I meant is that having a MTAC ship coming down if you kill civilians and make 4 stars would have been a nice touch. But I for sure don't aim to kill civilians in this game.

The skirmish ended when yours truly ran out of ammo, died, got revived by the second heart cyberware, took the hint and ran ALL the way to the badlands to escape the watchful gaze of the NCPD. Fun.

@@killertrip10 So they are like the kamikaze cops from NFS:MW?
I rarely get to figure that out since maxtac automatically hacks your car to blow up at 5 stars lol
I agree! I thought I was hot sht until they FREAKING RAMMED MY BIKE!!!
I wouldn't say "most". Dynamic music is fairly uncommon @@futuza

@@Slick10836 I mean, for the MTac aerodynes you could use similar coding to the police choppers in the GTA series, and.. actually, half the police response things could be copied from GTA.
@@rihanm.sgoogleaccount4462 Now that is not exactly what I meant. This is the main issue right here. People are comparing this game to GTA. It is not. It was not intended to.

They called in MaxTac. Run!
"all units - suspect is a confirmed cyberpsycho! do not engage! a maxtac squad has been dispatched!"
The sense I have is that MaxTac was a bunch of pushovers in this game. This was categorically NOT so in the tabletop game I played in. They were a force to be avoided.
I managed to fend them off for a while but only because I was inhaling healing items like a druggie and because of a really op sandevistan build at the max level of the game.
