Human Pinnacle Emperor seems to leave a heavier impact than Beyond Fate Emperor ngl.

I wouldn't say his skill is strictly worse than bazett's. It has a slightly lower cooldown, higher break, and usually only 10 less arts.
Bazett gets 50 arts from her skill + flinch res tho..
