I can see why Christian won, physique isn't about mass, also the guy everyone is complaining about, his chest isn't aesthetically pleasing. Christian was doing the side pose to show his obliques and obviously you can see he is leaner. Physique is a beach body look. Some of these competitors look like they should've bulked up and did another classification ... Just because the Olympia stage wants huge mass monsters doesn't mean the NPC does. It's weird

i think guzman deserved it, his waist was really small compared to the more thicker waists in his class. but i feel there where better physiques in shawleys class than him.
Until I watched this series, I never knew the depth of what an athlete goes through to prepare for a competition. It's an unbelievable amount of work-congratulations!

it would be cool if you guys sold some alphalete bord shorts for competitions and stuff
One of the biggest rules is that your shorts have to be plain with no logos. They would of been instantly disqualified. You can have a manufacturer's logo (Eg. Nike or Billabong) but Alphalete inst a manufacturer so it wouldn't be allowed.
Alphalete is as much as a manufacturer of clothing as Nike/Billabong, both of the aforementioned outsource some production. If you notice, most of the dudes rock Hurley shorts, with branding...

Just my 2 cents as someone who has worked in the clothing industry. Hes completely right with Alphalete not being a manufacturer. Also you saying that Jeremy Budendia has branded shorts on just reinstates what he said earlier about competitors being allowed to wear manufacturer logos hence Hurley manufacturers their own cloths which is not the case with Alphalete.

I am a bit confused - last video Christian said that his abs is his weakest body-part, and its pretty evident, especially when standing straight; then I dont understand why only do leg raises a couple of times per week if its your weakest body part? I mean thats all he did as far as I can recall
i think he likes to keep his waist size small that's why he doesn't train abs frequently
You have to understand that Christian is ultimately very close to his peak when it comes to muscle. Not only that, me and you could lift heavier, diet more strict, and train harder and longer than Christian and not look like him. Genetics are a big part of it. His abs just tend to be weakest.

I wanna say thank you christian. The hole January was my exame time in the university and i just found your youtube channel and started to watch your summer shredding 2016. And it was a huge , very huge motivation for me to go on and stay at my desk learning for the exams. To handle gym and learning wasnt easy always but when i saw wich trouble you master i got so much motivated. It is insane what you reached for your age. I will also start shredding in 2017 and iam excited about it. And i will also try to learn more next time to get better. You are the inspiration for that.
