I get an urge to fish watching you, and your cooking is great methods, and watching you eat makes my mouth water. I've probably said all that before lol.

By the way, do you get Boarfish over your way? We get them here in Spencer Gulf and they are fantastic with a few score marks in their skin and wrapped in bacon, add a little salt and pepper, no need for any other seasonings, just enjoy them as they are. We only get them in water around 30 metres or deeper here.

I can’t wait too find a good whiting spot. I ate it for the first time last week caught it filleted it and cooked it from watching your videos (I’m a really good cook but I’ve never cooked fish) and it was DELICIOUS. Can’t believe I’ve gone 29 years of life and never eaten it 😂
Happy to see you are feeling better, you seemed a little depressed in your last video, although catching fishing apart from butter fish always lifts your spirit.
