Ossobuco in beer - easy to prepare and very aromatic and tasty steak

- To prepare Osso Buco steak in beer you will need:
• Steak Ossobuco - 1 kg
• Dark beer - 0.5 l
• Dried apricots - 100-150 g
• Prunes - 100-150 g
• Butter - 15-20 g
• Small onions - 3-4 pcs.
• Garlic - 3-4 cloves
• Star anise - 2-3 pcs.
• Rosemary - 2-3 sprigs
• Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp.
• Hot pepper - 1-2 pcs.
• Salt - to taste
• Black pepper - to taste
Stages of preparing Ossobuco with beer:
1. Salt and pepper the Ossobuco steaks on both sides to taste
2. Heat a mixture of vegetable and butter in a frying pan.
3. Add rosemary to the heated oil and fry the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
4. Place the fried steaks in a heat-resistant baking dish.
5. Add onion, garlic, hot pepper, rosemary, star anise, dried apricots and prunes to the same bowl
6. Pour dark beer over steaks
7. Cover the dish with foil or a lid
8. Cook in the oven for 3-4 hours at a temperature of 150-160 degrees (or simmer on the stove for the same 3-4 hours at minimum heat)
9. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable salad
10. Before serving, do not forget to pour over the sauce into which the beer turned and add dried apricots and prunes, with which the steaks were stewed.
