Empty spare slots could be used of the same elemental materia equipped with Elemental materia in weapon/armors but with very little damage on the players, don't see any difference at all. Maybe throw in Precision or Steadfast if blocking is your strong point. This is not my intention to break the record, I simply wanted to learn so I could win (which I haven't), get the Platinum (curses!) and end this game so I can go outside and touch grass. Wrong aerith have auto weapon unique ability materia equipped as well because she teleported to arcane ward in fight with sephiroth before channeling her spell
Yes, if you have both Aerith and Cloud as magic casters then you can do combos were Sephiroth never has time enough to initiate an attack. Difficult as hell, though xD
@@MukationYeah, I used this same strat, and Sephiroth went down pretty easy. I commend anyone who beats Sephiroth without magic spam and timing dodges alone. I'm used to Dark Souls' level of dodging and parrying, but losing an entire character or being forced to do all the fights over again is nuts. xD

After your last video and attempting you build. I absolutely sucked at it. I was thinking of swapping my materia on Tifa to Yuffie and bring her in for the atb then I see this. Did you swap Tifa to Yuffie and different materia build for her?

I'm wondering if the weapon level has to be weapon level nine because I want to try different strategy other than the noob guide with Barrett as the tank I need to do more damage quickly but I also need a way to heal up in clutch situations but if I could clear each time in 3 to 4 minutes I wouldn't mind dying a lot during the last fight in order to get it right but right now it takes me like 6 to 8 minutes to get to Gilgamesh
Atb ward under yuffie, arcane ward under cloud. auto unique ability materia on aerith makes her pop over to cloud before casting. Then chain brumal form and keep them casting so they don't move. Also need haste on Yuffie for brumal spam to work.
@@austincarter5691I watched the video in x0.25% speed. He doesn’t seem to use Haste on Yuffie but has ATB boost on Aerith to give Yuffie the extra ATB she needs for Bruma Form spam. Since each fight lasts such a short time he doesn’t have a setup for Yuffie to infinite spam it. He needs only so much spam to get by to the next phase. The play style seems pretty straight forward. ATB award on Yuffie and Arcane ward on Cloud. Do what’s necessary to prevent the first attack so the first aga spell goes off then just Bruma form and ATB boost when needed to keep up with the ATB need to spam aga spells with both Cloud and Aerith. Some fights Cloud cast Faith on himself.
Love that you're wrecking rebirth and still using alternate battle music! And they thought they could nerf the -aga spells by making them worth 2 atb 😂 i know that the brumal atb ward load out has been available but i havent used it yet but i couldnt stay away from watching your video
first strike materia and genji gloves, you can tell by just the gameplay what some materia/equipment he has equiped i mean the magic ones and of coarse first strike cause he gets an atb gauge and genji gloves cause he breaks dmg limit

Press the Triangle button when there's a ward placed.
I know this is an old comment now but you have to equip Auto Weapon Ability to her if you want her to teleport there when you aren't controlling her
